On March 30, 2026, the Department of Clinical Pharmacology of Tashkent State Medical University held an educational event entitled “Interethnic Friendship and Religious Tolerance” with the participation of students from groups XF 22-01, XF 22-13, and XF 22-12. The professors and lecturers of the department actively participated in the event.
The event began with an opening speech by N.Z. Tulyaganova, who is responsible for the international faculty. In her speech, special attention was paid to the importance of mutual respect, tolerance, and friendship among representatives of different nationalities and religions. It was also emphasized that studying together with international students promotes intercultural communication and understanding.
During the event, students presented reports and presentations about the history, national traditions, customs, traditional cuisine, and famous scholars of various countries. Some participants also demonstrated elements of national clothing, which made the event more engaging and meaningful.
At the end of the event, it was noted that such activities play an important role in strengthening interethnic friendship, mutual respect, and religious tolerance among students.
